Manaiakalani Digital Fluency Intensive: DAY 2

 Workflow 

What did I learn that increased my understanding of Manaiakalani kaupapa and pedagogy?

-The shared pedagogy of Learn, Create, Share which allows for individual differences and being inclusive of all learners. 

-Effective Teaching and Learning is in both analogue and digital world. 

-Learn Ako - Recognise, Amplify and Turbocharge.

-Teacher actions promoting student learning.

- What does LEARN look in our school? This is to be done with staff at our school.

-Rewindable learning. 

What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow as a professional?

-Google Meet Access through Calendar, Gmail, invite with a link to a new meeting.

-Google Keep - for reminders, notes, adding a new note, drawing, new note with images, sharing with other people.

-Google Calendar- Having multiple calendars, creating a calendar event, Using shortcuts for month/ year view.

Google Mail - Adding labels, Enabling Undo send, Adding a signature

Using Google Meet to connect with a small group. Sending an invite. 

Embedding a video into blog. 

What did I learn that could be used with my learners? 

-Setting up a class blog and embedding a video.

What did I learn that could improve my confidence, capability or workflow in my personal life?

Using Google calendar and Google Keep.
